PREPARATION
First, all items are prepped involving removal of curb rash, gouges in metal surfaces or disassembly of parts (rubber gaskets, seals, etc.).
SANDBLASTING
All items are sandblasted down to bare metal to ensure that they are clean of any paint and surface impurities. Then, they are ready for a proper adhesion to the powder.
POWDER COATING
Lastly, the items are masked or plugged to protect specific areas from getting coated (threaded holes, machine surfaces, low-tolerance areas, etc.). Finally, the parts are hung, coated and cured in an oven at 400°F to reveal a flawless new finish.
